Shipping Policy

We offer USPS Ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped from San Francisco are expected to arrive in 2-6 business days. We currently do not offer international shipping, but we hope to do so in the future.

If you use a PO Box, please be sure to provide its ID to ensure delivery. Return shipping and handling are the customer's responsibility.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We process and ship your order from our warehouse in San Francisco, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. After shipping, you will receive tracking information via email. Once your order has shipped, no adjustments can be made.

For more information on a specific delivery date, please contact our Customer Service team. Sometimes, shipping delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Your USPS tracking information is the best way to stay informed of your order's status. You will receive a delivery notification once your package has been delivered by the USPS carrier.

Sometimes, tracking information will appear to be updated as "delivered," but there may be a delay of 1-2 days. Please be sure to contact your local post office, mail carrier, or secondary delivery location (including neighboring areas). If you still haven't found or received your package within 3 business days, customer service can investigate the matter further.
